The Ranking Principle: Why the First Rank Counts
Fundamental liens shall be entered in Section III of this Annex. land register in a fixed order. If it comes to foreclosure, the proceeds will be strictly after this Ranking distributed: first the first rank completely, then the second, then all the others. The first-ranking creditor thus has the highest repayment probability – this justifies the lowest risk premium.

First rank plus subordination: the capital structure
Because the first grade loan does not cover the entire cost, it is used in professional structures with Subordinated loans or Mezzanine capital combined – or as Whole loans identically structured with the subordinated share from one hand. We arrange first-ranking financing through our network of banks and institutional lenders; details on the service page Senior loans.
