2. Principles of Processing

We only process personal data to the extent that this is necessary to provide a functional website and to process your requests. Legal bases are Art. 6 para 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), Art. 6 para 1 lit. b GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, stable operation).

3. Hosting and Server Logfiles

This website is hosted at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (main street 68, 02742 Friedersdorf). When the website is called up, the server automatically processes technical access data (so-called “technical access data”). Server logfiles: IP address, date and time of access, called file, referrer URL, browser used and operating system. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO to ensure technical operation and to defend against attacks. A combination with other data does not take place. With the hoster there is a contract for order processing according to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This website sets No tracking or marketing cookies one and does not use analysis tools. A notification banner only stores the information in your browser (localStorage) that you have seen the notification; no personal data is transmitted to us.

If you contact us via the forms (contact, initial estimate, foreign real estate), we will process the information you have entered (e.g. B. Name, e-mail address, telephone number, project details, message) exclusively for processing your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The transmission is encrypted (TLS). The data is delivered by e-mail to our mailbox and deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for processing and do not conflict with any statutory storage obligations. A transfer to lenders will only take place after prior consultation with you. For requests via our forms for foreign properties (especially Morocco), we transmit the information you voluntarily enter to our cooperation partner there so that he can contact you at your express request; details of this - also regarding the associated transfer to a third country - can be found under 10.

6. e-mail communication

When contacted by e-mail, we process your information for the processing of the conversation. Please submit confidential project documents only after consultation; on request, we provide a protected transmission channel.

7. YouTube Videos (Click to Store)

On individual pages we integrate videos of our YouTube channel. The integration is data protection-friendly via a preview view: Only when you actively click on "Play", a connection to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) via the extended data protection domain "youtube-nocookie.com" is established. Personal data (e.g. IP address) are transferred to Google and processed there, possibly also in the USA. The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). 8. Audio Content (Podcast)

Podcast episodes are delivered as audio files directly from our server. There is no connection to third-party platforms; the notes for server log files (3 digit) apply.

Our website links to external offers (e.g.) B. LinkedIn, Partner Sites. When these links are called up, the data protection notices of the respective provider apply.

10. Consignee and third country transmission

Recipients of personal data are our hosting service provider (order processing according to Art. 28 GDPR) as well as – in the context of request processing – lenders or cooperation partners, to whom we only pass on your information after consultation with you or at your express request.

Foreign real estate – transfer to a third country: For investments in Morocco, we work together with a cooperation partner in the legal form of a company under Moroccan law (S.A.R.L.) based in Morocco. If you make an inquiry via our Moroccan property form, we will transmit the inquiry data you have voluntarily entered (e.g.) B. Name, contact details and information about your project) to this partner, so that he can contact you directly at your express request and provide advice on site. Morocco is a third country outside the EU or the EEA for which no adequacy decision has been taken by the European Commission; a level of data protection compliant with EU law cannot be guaranteed there, and data subject rights and remedies may be limited. The transmission takes place exclusively on the basis of your express consent as well as for the implementation of pre-contractual measures which take place on your request (Art. 49 Abs. 1 UAbs). 1 lit. a and lit. b GDPR. Use a foreign real estate form in another country (e.g.) Dubai/United Arab Emirates) a request, we will only pass on your information to a cooperation partner located there to the extent that this is necessary to answer your request and you agree to it; this also involves a transfer to a third country under the above-mentioned conditions (Art. 49 Abs. 1 DSGVO).

Any further transfer to third countries takes place only in the case of YouTube use after your click (Section 7).

We store personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes or legal storage obligations (e.g.) B. §§ 147 AO, 257 HGB. Inquiry data without conclusion of the contract are usually deleted after twelve months at the latest.
